Responsibilities
As a House Manager / Residential Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations in our residential care setting, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and training residential caregivers to deliver compassionate support.
- Coordinating care plans for clients with autism, Alzheimer’s, or senior needs.
- Monitoring client health, safety, and well-being, addressing concerns promptly.
- Managing schedules, supplies, and household tasks to maintain a welcoming environment.
- Collaborating with families and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Documenting and reporting on care activities to meet regulatory standards.
Skills/Experience
