Responsibilities
As a Behavioral Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients and collaborating with our care team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting senior clinicians in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Conducting assessments and gathering behavioral and health-related data.
- Analyzing data to identify trends and inform care strategies.
- Preparing reports to document client progress and needs.
- Coordinating with clients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Supporting clients in social and behavioral interventions to enhance their well-being.
Skills/Experience
