Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse, you will lead the delivery of personalized care, working collaboratively with our clinical team to support our clients’ health and well-being. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing clients’ medical needs and developing individualized care plans.
- Administering medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
- Monitoring and documenting clients’ health conditions, particularly for seniors and those with Alzheimer’s or autism.
- Coordinating with families, caregivers, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
- Providing education and support to clients and families on health management.
- Maintaining a safe, supportive environment in compliance with healthcare standards.
Skills/Experience
We are looking for dedicated professionals who share our commitment to person-centered care. Ideal qualifications include:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State.
- Experience in senior care, Alzheimer’s care, or developmental disability nursing preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency with electronic health records and healthcare technology.
