Responsibilities
As a Residential Caregiver, you will provide essential daily support to our clients, fostering their well-being in a home-like setting. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Supporting clients with autism or Alzheimer’s through engaging, person-centered activities.
- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding, tailored to dietary needs.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in clients’ health or behavior to the care team.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming residential environment.
- Building meaningful connections with clients to promote emotional and social wellness.
Skills/Experience
We are looking for caring individuals who embody our commitment to person-centered care. Ideal qualifications include:
- Experience in caregiving, senior care, or support for autism or Alzheimer’s preferred.
- Warm, empathetic communication skills to connect with clients and families.
