Responsibilities
As a Transportation Coordinator, you will manage and provide transportation services to support our clients’ mobility and care needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling and coordinating transportation for medical appointments, activities, or outings.
- Safely transporting clients, ensuring comfort and security, especially for seniors and those with autism or Alzheimer’s.
- Assisting clients with entering and exiting vehicles, including mobility support.
- Maintaining vehicles to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations.
- Communicating with families and care teams to align transportation with care plans.
- Documenting trips and reporting any client or vehicle concerns promptly.
Skills/Experience

- Experience in transportation, caregiving, or client support, preferably with seniors or special needs populations.
